In addition to containing a certain amount of inorganic pollutants, wastewater from daily life or industrial production also contains a large amount of organic pollutants. After these organic pollutants enter the environment, they mainly have an impact on the entire ecosystem in the form of toxicity and reducing dissolved oxygen in water bodies. Related studies have shown that the vast majority of toxic substances in wastewater are organic compounds, so organic pollution indicators are currently very important indicators in water quality monitoring.
Runze closely follows the trend of industry development, seizes the opportunity, and takes the opportunity to develop a new generation of PS-10 non cross pollution flow system, which can be used as accessories for monitoring COD concentration in water such as environmental pollution source discharge outlets, municipal sewage, industrial sewage, and industrial production process water.
Working principle

The instrument adopts the world's leading sequential injection technology, which sucks the test sample and reagent into a storage ring in a certain order through a plunger pump and a multi-chan- nel switching valve, and then switches through the multi-channel switching valve and the reverse operation of the plunger pump.Move the reagent in the zone towards the reaction chamber, where the sample and reagent are digested under high temperature and pressure. After digestion, the light absorption signal is collected and processed in the digestion tank.
Then, after rapid cooling, the fluid is discharged through a multi-channel directional valve, and the detected fluid is discharged into a waste liquid collection bottle. After cleaning the pipeline, a detection is completed.
Throughout the entire process, the liquid storage ring is utilized, and reagents and samples do not come into direct contact with the syringe.

The PS-10 system consists of the following parts:
PS-10 driver, SV-08 multi-channel switching valve, RP-01 piston pump, liquid level detector (optional), liquid storage ring (self equipped), and digestion reactor (self equipped), with the blue part indicating the pipeline
Note: The liquid level detector can determine whether there is liquid in the pipeline by the color change of the light on the liquid level detector.
