[Hilintec] D09 Smallest Portable Pump with Low Pulsation
D09 is a 3-chamber gas pump with a low output flow pulsation.It is one of the smallest portable pump for gas sampling and other OEM applications in the industry. It is equipped with coreless BLDC motor or a permanent magnet DC motor which makes the pump long life and low power consumption, D09 is a small and exquisite diaphragm pump with 3~6V wide voltage power supply technology, which is especially suitable for battery-powered handheld gas sampling. This product has the characteristics of high pressure and large flow, it can pump negative pressure or positive pressure,the output flow can reach 0.6 L/min, the negative pressure can reach -40kPa, and the output positive pressure can reach 70kPa.
The weight of this product(equipped with a brushed motor) is about 26.5g and the overall size is about 43.5x19x19mm. The weight of this product(equipped with a brushless motor) is about 20g and the overall size is about 45.5x19x19mm.
This product is not only very small in size, but also specially optimized for mobile devices. For example, its power consumption is very low, and it has a long battery life when powered by batteries. At the same time, it can work under a wide voltage range of 1 to 6V, and can still drive the pump when the battery power is low.
Small volume diaphragm pumps are often designed to pump or inflate air, such as to inflate an electronic sphygmomanometer. However, such pumps are often not airtight, and therefore are not suitable for gas sampling, gas analysis, and other scenarios that require the transmission of gas to create positive and negative pressures without gas leakage.
Flow pulsation is a disadvantage of reciprocating positive displacement pumps. It is a high-end micro air pump with 3-pump chambers. This structure has the advantages of no flow pulsation and stable flow output. It is especially suitable for scenarios where low-pulsation gas sampling is required.

This pump adopt a Coreless BLDC motor can be selected, which makes the pump long lifespan and low power consumption, and power consumption less than 1 watt.
Two choices of brushed DC motor and coreless brushless motors are provided to meet the different needs of costs and service lifetime,this smallest portbale pump model D09M is driven by brush-less motors which have the advantages of long service life, low interference and high reliability.D09S is driven by brushed motor which have the advantages of small size, smooth output and low cost.
Under the premise of extremely compact size, it can achieve flow rate 0.6L/min and maximum positive pressure 70kPa. In such a small volume, the ability to generate such a high flow and pressure is a major feature of this product.
D09Q is a low noise level model designed for noise sensative application. It has a very low noise and vibertion as low as 40Db.
The flow of brushless motor type can be changed by adjusting the motor speed of this kind of smallest portable pump (by adjusting the PWM duty cycle).The flow of brushed motor type can be changed by controlling the input voltage.
