The S20 is a high pressure liquid pump and can be used for high-pressure applications such as spraying, atomization, and high-pressure cleaning.It is a compact long-life liquid vacuum pump driven by a brushless motor with good longevity and reliability.The flow rate can be changed by adjusting the pump motor speed (by adjusting the PWM duty cycle).This pump can also be used as a small flow corrosion resistant gas pump, it can work as a negative pressure pump for suck,and can also work a compressor.
It offers 12V DC/24V DC options.S20 series pump is driven by brushless motors which have the advantages of long service life, low interference and high reliability.Different motors can provide different performances according to different application scenarios. For example, BL motors are mainly used in cost-sensitive applications, while BA motors are suitable for applications that require high pressure output and very long lifespan.
This high pressure liquid pump can output a maximum pressure of 600kPa to meet the needs of a wide range of pressure ranges and can be used for high-pressure applications such as spraying, atomization, and high-pressure cleaning. Considering its size, this mini liquid pump can output extremely high liquid pressure and can work stably and reliably for a long time at the maximum liquid pressure.
With a variety of corrosion-resistant engineering plastics(PPS or PVDF), elastic components, and sealing component options(such as ES,KS,KV), it can achieve a wide range of chemical compatibility and can withstand various corrosive media such as organic solvents, strong acids, and strong alkalis. S18 mini liquid pump is another corrosion resistant pump with smaller volume.
The motor speed can be changed and the flow can be adjusted by changing the duty cycle by inputting the PWM signal. The flow rate of this model can be changed linearly over a wide range according to the speed change, so this high pressure liquid pump can be used in a wide range of flow rates from 50mL/min to 300mL/min.
