[Hilintec] WNY BLDC Micro Diaphragm Liquid Vacuum Pump
WNY is a compact long-life liquid vacuum pump driven by a brushless motor with good longevity and reliability. It adopts EPDM diaphragm material and PA6 reinforced nylon pump head, which has good chemical compatibility. It has a wide range of ambient temperature tolerance and can operate reliably at ambient temperatures of 50 degrees Celsius or higher. It operates with minimal noise during work and supports flexible installation, which can reduce the impact of vibration during work on the equipment.
WNY series liquid vacuum pump is driven by brushless motors which have the advantages of long service life, low interference and high reliability. It can run continuously for a long time, and the pumping life of the premium version can reach 12,000 hours. It offers 12V DC/24V DC options.
Equipped with overheating protection, overload protection,, which to the greatest extent prevents accidental damage to the liquid vacuum pump.
The motor speed can be changed and the flow can be adjusted by changing the duty cycle by inputting the PWM signal. Or by ordering Hilintec special speed controller (model: TS-C24 and TS-D12) for speed regulation.
Liquid-gas dual-use, can be used as a liquid pump or a vacuum pump, can also be used to transfer gas-liquid mixed media; dry-run and self-priming.
There is no need to add lubricating oil and maintenance, and it does not pollute the medium.
Good Corrosion Resistance
The materials of the wetted parts: reinforced nylon and EPDM rubber, PP connector,Or nickel-plated copper connector, or stainless steel connector.
This liquid vacum pump can be installed in any direction, gas and liquid can be transferred normally in any installation direction.
If you need a higher flow more than 1L/min liquid vacuum pump, please check at the S36 model.
The speed of the pump can be known through the speed feedback signal. From this, the operating status of the pump can be known, which is convenient for closed-loop control and makes the system more intelligent.
