Bulkhead Three-Piece Union
Bulkhead three-piece union is designed to connect internal tubing to the outside through the equipment enclosure. And the anti-rotation sleeve has been added to prevent fitting from rotation. These fittings have Interchangeable internal and external threads for leak-free connection with flexible and rigid pipe connection system. Fittings are available in PP and PTFE materials, non-toxic, odourless, heat resistant, resistant to chemical corrosion and various organic substances. And fine pitch nut is available in PPS and PTFE materials.

Application Note of Bulkhead Three-Piece Union
1. Bulkhead Union is used for fixing fluidic tubing through plastic, metal or wooden board to keep them an unobstructed flowing way on your device or production line.
2. Bulkhead Union need to match with female connector of same thread.
3. Two-Piece Fittings Installation Steps:
(1) Flexible tube – Panel – Flexible tube
a. Drill a hole (same or little bigger diameter than M12 male thread) on necessary specific place of your panel.
b. Insert the male thread of bulkhead union into the ready hole, then tighten the SST or black ABS nut forward until reaching the board.
c. Insert the prepared 2 pieces male-to-barb adapters into the receiving ports of bulkhead union, connecting 2 pieces prepared flexible tubes at two barbed ends.
(2) Flexible tube – Panel – Rigid tube
a. Drill a hole (same or little bigger diameter than M12 male thread) on necessary specific place of your panel.
b. Insert the male thread of bulkhead union into the ready hole, then tighten the SST or black ABS nut forward until reaching the board.
c. Insert the prepared 1 piece male-to-barb adapters and 1 piece flanged or flangeless fitting assembly into the receiving ports of bulkhead union, connecting 1 pieces prepared flexible tube at one-side barbed end.
(3) Rigid tube – Panel – Rigid tube
a. Drill a hole (same or little bigger diameter than M12 male thread) on necessary specific place of your board.
b. Insert the male thread of bulkhead union into the ready hole, then tighten the SST or black ABS nut forward until reaching the board.
c. Insert the prepared 2 pieces flanged or flangeless fitting assembly into the receiving ports of bulkhead union.
