USHD Hilic-Amide Column is a chimeric HILIC hydrophilic interaction column based on amide bonding, offering similar retention behavior to HILIC amino columns but with enhanced selectivity and significantly longer column lifespan.
It provides strong retention for polar ionic compounds and excels in the separation of acidic and strongly polar analytes, especially under low-pH buffer conditions.

Column body
